today was NAPFA .
okay , i got A for sit-ups [32] and A for inclined pull-ups [16] , B for sit and reach [38cm] , D for standing broad jump [134] and Ungraded (D:) for shuttle run [13.27s]
i did so badly D:
i failed SHUTTLE run for the FIRST time ! and it was by 0.07s !!! DDDDDDDD:
